You are not seeing double.

I did not steal this post from Erin, who recently wrote about her love affair with coconut oil.

I did, however, READ her post, and then, picked me up some coconut oil. Figured I’d make some popcorn with it.

Oh. My. Word. I. Love. This. Stuff.

First, I used some on my face as moisturizer. My face felt AH-mazing in the morning.

Then, I used it as conditioner. Well, my hair is now silky (not greasy) smooth – which is saying a ton, for I have very dry hair.

Following this, I made some popcorn – my original intent for purchasing the product.

My hands feel smooth. My legs are smooth. My hair is smooth. My face feels smooth. The popcorn, while not smooth, tasted amazing.

This morning, I’ll be making a scrub for my skin by adding a bit of baking soda.

I am a believer. And must buy more. One for the bathroom. One for the kitchen.

Note: The coconut oil you purchased should be organic and virgin. So read the label carefully!

Erin and Joline, both health and wellness junkies, spent many years pinning down the truths about eating healthy and inexpensively. Both feel the it’s-too-expensive-to-eat-healthy excuse is untrue and infuriating.
