Top Tip Tuesday: Try Something New!

Want to make some huge nutritional changes, but not all at once???? How about these suggestions to take baby steps to changing your nutritional habits?

On the heels of my Motivational Monday post, is my Top Tip for Tuesday. (With the same picture. It’s a theme, yo.)

Try Something New.

Do you usually opt for white rice? Go for brown. Or wild, even. Get crazy and try quinoa!

Regular pasta? Try quinoa or brown rice pasta.

Bottled salad dressings? Make your own.

Breads with too many ingredients to count? Several of which you can’t pronounce anyway? Try one that doesn’t boast a resume of chemicals.

Soft drink addiction? Start by giving it up one day a week.

Really, you can come up with several ways to make small changes that will yield slim saving rewards. Only, you have to be willing to ditch the old and try something new.
