Oops! I forgot to mention the Halloween parade on Saturday, Oct. 27 at 11 am. Wear your prettiest, scariest, most handsome, funniest, or charactureish costume and meet at the Municipal building on East Railroad Avenue. The merchants are looking forward to seeing how you are dressed this year...and so are all the passers-by.
