This one is primarily for the guys. Verona will host their 17th Annual Car Cruise on Saturday, August 11, 2012 along East Railroad Avenue from 4 to 9 pm. There is no entrance fee, but the first 100 cars to register will receive a free dash plaque. There will also be a DJ and food available.
This has become a “true” cruise because at 8:30 pm all the featured cars will line up and c r u i s e down Allegheny River Blvd. and Allegheny Avenue to Hulton Bridge and back.
So clean-up that engine until it's shiny and sparkly. Get all the visible oil and grease out from under the hood (even as I write this it seems the most ridiculous waste of time...and I have cleaned oil pans before – yuk!) and be ready to register your car.
