DRIVERS BEWARE! School is just about finished and youngsters will be exuberantly running around on the sidewalks and in the streets. Children often run out between parked cars (even though they have been told one hundred thirty-six or more times times that this is a dangerous practice). I have seen older youngsters whizzing through stop signs on their bikes, scooters, skate boards, and even running. Children are fearless, which means drivers, that you must be especially vigilant as you drive through town and the neighborhoods.
