Bernice Middlemas (Hall)

Bernice Middlemas (Hall), of Oakmont died on Monday September 17, 2012 in her residence, at the age of 89.

Bernice was the wife of the late George M. (Mac) Middlemas; dear mother of George M. ( Sherry) Middlemas, John R. (Coleen) Middlemas; sister of the late James, George, Delmas, Marian Hall , and Florence Fisher.

Bernie retired from the former Edgewater Steel Oakmont.

Friends and relatives will be received at BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont on Wednesday from 2-4, 6-8 pm. Services will be held Thursday morning at 10:30 am in the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Verona Cemetery Oakmont.

Lorraine E. Schempp

Lorraine E. Schempp, of Plum Boro formerly of the Rosedale Section of Penn Hills, went peacefully to her final resting place with her family by her side on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at the age of 49.

Lorraine was the beloved wife of Gary W. Schempp, Sr., mother of Nick Fiore, John Leszczynski, and Gary Schempp, Jr.; daughter of Joseph and Betty (Klein) Mastrandrea; daughter-in-law of Jean Campbell; sister of Joe (Nancy) Mastrandrea, Rose (Lewis) Wilson, and the late Charles Mastrandrea; sister-in-law of Paul (Jane) Schempp, Richard Schempp, and Jack (Jeannie) Schempp.

Lorraine loved the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Friends and relatives will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont on Thursday, September 20, 2012 from 2-4 & 6-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, September 21, 2012 at 10 am in St. Irenaeus Catholic Church; 385 Maryland Avenue, Oakmont.

The family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
