Juanita “Shirlene” Wyman

Juanita “Shirlene” Wyman, of Longwood at Oakmont (formerly of Plum Boro), passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at the age of 82. 

Shirlene was the beloved wife of the late F. Edris Wyman; mother of Robyn (Reid) Baker, Wendy (Roger) Casperson and Heather Wyman; sister of Keith (Barb) Armel and the late Lynn Deverle Armel; dear grandmother of Owen Baker, Allie (Mario) Rometo and Alec Casperson. 

Shirlene was a Docent at the Kerr House, an usher at the Benedum Theater and a member at Oakmont Country Club.  She enjoyed plays, musicals, golf, and shopping.   

Friends and relatives will be received at the CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont on Friday, September 14, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm.  Additional visitation will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 9:00 am until time of 10:00 am Service in the funeral home. 

The family suggests memorial donations to , 402 Delaware Avenue Oakmont, PA 15139.

Patrick J. Flotta, Jr.

Patrick J. Flotta, Jr., passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at the age of 60, following a brief illness. 

Patrick is the beloved husband of 39 years of JoAnn (Rokoski); the devoted father of Erica Flotta; and the treasured grandfather of Alyssa and Nichole Drahusz and Nevaeh Flotta.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick J. Flotta, Sr. and Sara (Cosnotti) Flotta of Oakmont and his father and mother-in-law, Edward F. Rokoski, Sr. and Theresa Rokoski of Russelton.  He is the dear brother of Louis (Vicki) Flotta and Vincent (Deborah) Flotta.  He is the cherished brother-in-law of Diane (Jerry) Dallara, Pauline (Dean) Girdwood and Edward (Denise) Rokoski, Jr.  He will be missed by his many loving nieces and nephews. 

Friends will be received at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont, on Friday, September 14 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm where a funeral service will be held Saturday 10 am.
