June C. (Wherry) Mroz

On Friday, April 5, 2013 June C. (Wherry) Mroz , of Oakmont, passed away at the age of 72.

June was the beloved wife of 52 years to Edward J. Mroz; loving mother of Susan E. (Francis) Mroz-Kuszajewski, Kenneth E. Mroz, Carolyn S. Mroz, Jennifer E. Mroz-Tomer and Dean M. Mroz; grandmother of Claire, Ellen and Regina Kuszajewski, Matthew and Samantha Mroz, Mitchell and Alexander Tomer, Christian Mroz and Wesley and Sarah Moorehead; great grandmother of Logan and Lily, Genevieve and Gretchen; sister of Patricia (Laurence) Tragessor; sister-in-law of Irene Wherry.  June was preceded in death by her parents James Wherry and Beatrice Connelly-Wherry, her brother Mickey Wherry and grandson David Moorehead.

Mrs. Mroz was a member of St. Irenaeus Church for 46 years. 

Friends will be received on Monday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the English Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 378 Maryland Avenue. Oakmont PA, 15139.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 10 am in St. Irenaeus Church, Oakmont.

Hope E. Bonzani

Hope E. Bonzani,  of Verona, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at the age of 67.

Hope was born in Pittsburgh on April 12, 1945.  She was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Pearl (Moore) Altman; beloved wife of the late Kenneth B. Bonzani.

Hope went to rest surrounded by Jeannette (John) Stecik of Verona, Kenneth (Shirley) Altman of Annapolis, MD, J. J. (Heather) Stecik and their children of Pittsburgh, Jason Stecik of Penn Hills, Kendra (Shawn) Smith and their children of Ohio, and Shannon (Joshua) Schreckengost and their child of Verona.  Hope is also survived by all of her family and friends that she held so close to her heart.

Hope was of the Methodist faith her entire life, graduated from Verona High School, and had 13 years of service working at the Riverview School District.

Services and interment will be private for the family only.

Memorial donations may be made to Family Hospice and Palliative Care (FHPC), 103 Yost Blvd, Suite 200, Pittsburgh PA 15221.
