Obituary - Raymond J. Vertullo

Raymond J. Vertullo, of Verona, died on Thursday, December 20, 2012, at the age of 83.

Ray was the eldest son of the late Raymond A. and Emelyne (Hermann) Vertullo; beloved brother of Shirley and Keith Vertullo of Verona and John A. Vertullo of San Diego, CA.  Ray is also survived by nieces: Rebecca Wright, Lynn, Andrea, and Mary Vertullo of San Diego and Rhea Anna LeClair of Denver, CO, nephews: John Vertullo of Orange, CA and Mark A. Vertullo of Oak Park, CA, cousins: Virginia Schreiner and Lorraine Ducouer of Pittsburgh, Raymond Brace of Hershey, John Venturella of Johsonburg, and David Venturella of Cranberry, and long-time friend: Tony Fiurentino. 

Ray was an honor graduate of North Catholic High School and attended Robert Morris Business School.  He was an accountant at Henry Miller Spring & MFG, Co. in Sharpsburg and later at Robroy Industries in Verona.  He was an avid golfer with three holes in one to his credit.  Ray will be greatly missed by his family and friends everywhere. 

Friends and relatives will be received on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm in the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME CREMATION & ALTERNATIVE SERVICES, INC., 421 Allegheny Avenue, Oakmont.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 10 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Verona.
