Stiles Calls for Rothfus to Support Our Region's Wind Energy Sector: Proposes Long-term Extension of Production Tax Credit

GOP Congressional Challenger Larry Stiles calls for a long-term extension of the Production Tax Credit, which will fuel an expansion of the wind power industry, a growing regional energy sector.   Stiles argues:   “Mr. Rothfus’s  “do it all energy plan”  is another sign that our current Congressman is nothing but a cheerleader carrying the scripts of Wall Street and  Washington Republican elites.   I too support all of our regional energy economy.   But cheerleading does not cut it.  Mr. Rothfus get something done that helps one of our district’s energy sectors.   You are a wonderful cheerleader but this is not helping our area grow and create new jobs.”
