Tracey Downs, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services office in North Huntingdon, was ranked among the top real estate professionals across Pennsylvania. Downs ranked No. 84 by REAL Trends based on transaction sides, closing 55 sides in 2012. Among Pittsburgh area sales associates, she ranked No. 29.

She has earned several professional designations including Certified New Construction Specialist, Residential Relocation Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist.
