District Court: Child Endangerment, Assault & More

Here are the Aug. 22 district court rulings for Plum-Oakmont.

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following case on Aug. 22:

  • Eileen Marie Andrews, 44, of Penn Hills was held for court on two counts of simple assault and four counts of endangering the welfare of children.
  • Angela Marie Russo, 49, of Plum was held for court on two counts of endangering the welfare of children and two counts of failure to report abuse.
  • Terry Lynn Bachner, 43, of Murrysville was held for court on two counts of endangering the welfare of children and two counts of failure to report abuse.

Plum police filed the charges in March after reports of child abuse at a former daycare facility in the borough. For more about the hearing involving this incident, click here.

  • Jeffrey Louis Peters, 47, of Oakmont was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment. filed the charges on April 21.
  • Mark Anthony Cahill,48, of Verona was held for court on charges of theft from a motor vehicle, loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Oakmont police filed the charges on May 10.
  • Steven Anthony Rupp, 19, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, two counts of terroristic threats and two counts of simple assault. filed the charges on Jan. 18.
