District Court: DUI & Assault Cases

Here are the July 25 district court rulings for Plum-Oakmont.

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on July 25:

  • Travis Allan Wadsworth, 26, of Oakmont waived a preliminary hearing on charges of careless driving, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Oakmont police filed the charges after a May 28 incident on Fifth Street.
  • Matthew Scott Goodiski, 28, of New Kensington waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.02 percent or greater, improper stop, driving an unregistered vehicle and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Oakmont police filed the charges after a May 5 incident on Allegheny Avenue.
  • Kevin William Rupp, 24, of Penn Hills waived a preliminary hearing on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment. Oakmont police filed the charges after a July 8 incident on Allegheny Avenue.
