District Court: Hindering Apprehension & DUI

Here's a look at two cases that went before Plum District Justice Linda Zucco.

The following cases went before Plum District Magistrate Linda Zucco:

  • March 6: Rachel Marie Mautino, 34, of Plum was held for court on two counts of hindering apprehension or prosecution. The Allegheny County Sherrifs Office has accused her of allowing Alicia Heymers, a woman on the office's Top 20 Most Wanted Criminals list, to stay in her home. Charges were filed Jan. 30. 
  • Feb. 13: Anthony Dolessandro, 30, of Wilmerding waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, driving on the wrong side of the road, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to use signals, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, general lighting requirements and failure to wear a seat belt. Plum police filed the charges after a Nov. 17 incident on Center New Texas Road.
