Held for Court

 Zachary Scott Reicher, 21, of Natrona Heights was held for court on charges of conspiracy, loitering and prowling at night, 11 counts of criminal attempt and 16 counts of theft from a motor vehicle. filed the charges March 14 after a string of in the neighborhood.

Matthew T. Spudich, 29, of Plum was held for court on charges of loitering and prowling at night, make repairs to or sell offensive weapon, possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness. A charge of make repairs to or sell offensive weapon and two counts of terroristic threats were dismissed. filed the charges after an April 10 incident.

Jaren Michael Dubik, 19, of Lower Burrell was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Charges of purchasing alcohol by a minor, careless driving, and backing up a vehicle improperly were withdrawn. Oakmont police filed the charges after a March 2 incident.

Waived

Brandon Kahaial Texeira, 19, of New Kensington waived a preliminary hearing on charges of conspiracy, loitering and prowling at night, 11 counts of criminal attempt and 16 counts of theft from a motor vehicle. Oakmont police filed the charges March 14 after a string of thefts from cars in the neighborhood.

Daniel Marchese, 46, of Lawrenceville waived a preliminary hearing on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. Plum police filed the charges on Dec. 1, 2011. Marchese is accused of stealing a vehicle.

Jeffrey Richard Garbark, 21, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on a traffic violation and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Oakmont police filed the charges on Feb. 26.

Victoria Ann Talarico, 36, of Penn Hills waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and two traffic violations. A charge of fleeing or attempting to elude police was withdrawn. Plum police filed the charges after a March 11 incident.

Michael J. Cobb, 21, of Penn Hills waived a preliminary hearing on a traffic violation and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Charges of driving without a license and failure to notify of address change were withdrawn. Plum police filed the charges after a March 18 incident.

Dennis E. Boyce, 44, of Penn Hills waived a preliminary hearing on a traffic yiolation and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Oakmont police filed the charges after a March 11 incident.
