Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on May 9:

Waived:

Brandon H. Federici, 27, of Oakmont waived a preliminary hearing on charges of flight to avoid apprehension, disorderly conduct, driving an unregistered vehicle, two traffic violations and three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. filed the charges after a Feb. 20 incident in which Federici is accused of running away from police during a traffic stop.

James Richard Robbeloth, 61, of Oakmont waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. A charge of restrictions on alcoholic beverages was withdrawn. Oakmont police filed the charges after a Feb. 23 incident.

About 20 other cases were continued.
