Plum police filed the charges after a Dec. 25 incident on Kirk Drive.</li> <li>Leroy Knighton Jr., 50, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after a June 24 motorcycle accident on Greensburg Road.</li> <li>Joseph Peter Murphy, 29, of Verona waived a preliminary hearing on charges of accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.
