District Court: Zucco Hears DUI, Firearm and Drug Cases

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard several cases last week.

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on May 1:

  • Diana D. Broadnax, 56, of Plum was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, false identification to law enforcement, habitual offenders, driving without a license, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving too slowly, restrictions on alcohol beverages, operating a vehicle without official certificate, driving without a seat belt and two counts of driving with a suspended license. Plum police filed the charges after a Dec. 1, 2012, incident on Route 909.
  • Eric Matthew Sundberg, 28, of New Kensington was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, carrying a firearm without a license and person not to possess a firearm. Plum police filed the charges after a  Feb. 26 incident on Saltsburg Road.
  • Ryan Matthew Manganaro, 31, of Plum was held for court on a charge of prohibited acts. Plum police filed the charges after a Sept. 11, 2012, incident on New Texas Road.
  • David Benjamin Martello, 59, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after a Feb. 18 incident on Catskill Drive.
  • David Michael Pekarcik, 26, of North Braddock waived a preliminary hearing on charges of prohibited acts, possession of a controlled substance and firearm not to be carried without a license. Plum police filed the charges after an April 7 incident on Saltsburg Road.
  • Maria Rose Lucjak, 22, of Oakmont was held for court on charges of prohibited acts, driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and careless driving. Oakmont police filed the charges following a Feb. 24 accident on the 700 block of Hulton Road. Lucjak is accused of crashing her car into a pole.
