District Court: Zucco Several DUI Cases

Here are the district court cases for Feb. 20.

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on Feb. 20:

  • Corrine Virginia Curran, 52, of Oakmont waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and careless driving. Oakmont police filed the charges after a Nov. 25 incident on Tenth Street.
  • Bryan Allan Scott, 43, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of careless driving, failure to keep right, accidents involving damage to unattended property, failure to notify police after accident and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after an Oct. 24 incident on Francis Road.
  • Carin Ruth Nacey, 41, of Penn Hills waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after a Nov. 9 incident on Universal Road.
  • John Thomas Bremmer Jr., 24, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of careless driving, turning movements and required signals, and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after a Nov. 16 incident on Deborah Jane Drive.
  • Brandon Anthony Standford, 35, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of careless driving, overtaking a vehicle on the left and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after a Nov. 25 incident on Route 286.
  • Adam Tyler Catello, 27, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, general lighting requirements and operating a vehicle without official inspection. Plum police filed the charges after a Dec. 2 incident on Unity Center Road.
  • Lamar M. Thomkins, 26, of Larimer was held for court on charges of habitual offenders, prohibited acts, driving without a license and turning movements and required signals. Plum police filed the charges after a Sept. 9 incident at Kellywood Manor.
