Equipment Stolen from Plum Shed

Here are the Plum police reports for April 16 to April 23.

A Plum residents reported several heavy items stolen from a shed last week.

Plum police were called to Logans Ferry Road on April 15 for a theft report. According to police, someone cut the lock to a shed door and stole three pieces of equipment—a hand lift, an earth mover blade and a landscaping rake. The theft occurred between April 12 and 15.

The following incidents also were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports.

Fraud

Police are investigating a case of possible fraud. According to police, a patient of Prime Care Internal Medicine in Plum allegedly tried to change a prescription for Celxa to Xanax and attempted to get it filled at the Medicine Shoppe in Oakmont on April 18. No charges have been filed.

Theft of Services

A taxu driver reported that a Cresthaven Drive resident failed to pay him a $46.86 cab fare after getting a ride from the South Side on April 18.

Hit and Run

A Saltsburg Road resident reported a hit and run on April 13. The brake light of her vehicle was shattered.

Criminal Mischief

A Presque Isle Drive resident reported that someone had shattered their vehicle window on April 16.
