Homicide, Drug Arrests Made in Plum

Several people have been charged following a deadly shooting in Penn Hills last week.

Several people were arrested at a Havana Drive home in Plum earlier this week following a deadly shooting in Penn Hills.

According to the Post Gazette, a shooting that occurred on Westwood Road last Friday led to the death of a 21-year-old and the arrests of five people.

Charges have been filed against Ronald Riviere, 32; Kwasi Prince, 21; Michael Siddo, 34; Michael Josephs, 38; and Tarique Smith, 37.

Accoding to the newspaper, Riviere shot prince and Brandon Stokes when he was reaching into his pocket to get money for a McDonald's run. Stokes died from a gunshot wound to the chest and Prince survived after being shot in the stomach.

According to WPXI, police arrested Riviere on Havana Drive earlier this week. They also found a large amount of marijuana, cash and five guns inside the home.

Allegheny County Police has charged Riviere with homicide, carrying a firearm without a license and aggravated assault. Prince was charged with receiving stolen property and two counts of prohibited acts.

Siddo, Josephs and Smith were charged with conspiracy, two counts of receiving stolen property and three counts of prohibited acts.
