Judge Zucco Hears Assault and DUI Cases

Here's a look at last week's case load.

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on April 17:

  • Matthew Thomas Spudich, 30, of Plum was held for court on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Plum police filed the incident after an April 7 incident at Stewart's Too on Saltsburg Road. Spudich is accused of assaulting a woman at the bar.
  • Joseph Thomas Garbark, 24, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of using multiple beams, windshield obstruction and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed the charges after an Oct. 13, 2012, traffic stop on Leechburg Road.
