Judge Zucco Hears Road Rage, DUI Incidents

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases in her courtroom on July 17:

  • Robert Edward Kuhn, 31, of Lower Burrell, was held for court on charges of harassment, ethnic intimidation, two counts of recklessly endangering another person and seven traffic violations. Plum police filed the charges after an April 14 incident on Leechburg Road in which he is accused of yelling racial slurs from his vehicle and driving erratically.
  • Jonathan Byron Montgomery Peck, 37, of New Kensington, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, driving with a suspended license and careless driving. Oakmont police filed the charges after a May 9 incident on Hulton Road.
  • Christopher Francis Delsignore, 21, of Monroeville, waived a preliminary hearing on three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and three traffic violations. Plum police filed the charges after a May 11 incident on Millers Lane.
  • Christy Marie Palumbo, 26, of Plum, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and two traffic violations. Plum police filed the charges after a March 31 incident on Ramparts Boulevard.
  • William Anthony Stanzianza III, 26, of Plum, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and two traffic violations. Plum police filed the charges after a May 3 incident on Saltsburg Road.
  • Laron Petty, 51, of Penn Hills, was held for court on a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities. Plum police filed the charges after a March 26, 2012, incident on Saltsburg Road.
