Judge Zucco Hears Theft, Identity Theft and Drug Cases

Plum District Judge Linda Zucco heard the following cases in her courtroom on July 24:

  • Cindy Renee Cress, 52, of Monroeville, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. Plum police filed the charges on Feb. 9 after accusing Cress of stealing $3,338 from the American Legion on Saltsburg Road.
  • Miles Shoumake, 43, of an unknown address, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of receiving stolen property, identity theft and two counts of theft. Plum police filed the charges on July 5 after accusing him of impersonating an Army sergeant and taking money from a Plum American Legion representative. 
  • Samantha Riddle, 24, of Oakmont, waived a preliminary hearing on three counts of intent to possess a controlled substance. Charges of recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn. Oakmont police filed the charges after a June 12 incident on Virginia Avenue.
  • Tyffany Nicole Bailey, 25, of Plum, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of simple assault, aggravated assault and resisting arrest. A charge of aggravated assault was withdrawn. Plum police filed the charges after a July 16 incident at Kellywood Manor.
  • Lee Andrew Peterman, 33, of Penn Hills, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and a traffic violation. Plum police filed the charges after an April 26 incident on Hulton Road.
