Man Accused Of Smoking Marijuana At Softball Game

A Plum man is accused of smoking marijuana during a girls' softball game over the weekend.

Plum police have charged Ryan Joseph Delaney, 26, with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and two counts of prohibited acts.

On Saturday, police responded to borough field 7 along New Texas Road after reports that a man was smoking marijuana during a girls' softball game. Delaney is accused of smoking in the outfield.

The following incidents also were reported to Plum police:

DUI

Terrence Robert Muir, 37, of Plum, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and failure to stop at a stop sign after a May 31 traffic stop on New Texas Road.

Allen Ray Sunday, 45, of Export, was charged with restrictions on alcoholic beverages, careless driving, required position and method of turning, driving on the wrong side of the road and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after an April 19 traffic stop on Saltsburg Road.

Andrew Paul Ringbloom, 25, of Plum, was charged with careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after an April 6 traffic stop on Saltsburg Road.

Drug Charges

Rebecca Lynn Kratt, 22, of Plum, was charged with public drunkenness and two counts of prohibited acts after a June 12 incident at Sheetz on Hulton Road.

Theft

Copper piping was reported stolen from Arendosh Heating and Cooling on Old Frankstown Road on June 11.
