A man was taken to the hospital Thursday morning after crashing his motorcycle in Oakmont.
According to borough police Chief David DiSanti, a man was driving his motorcycle up Hulton Road, lost control and struck a tree at 8:45. Police found the man lying on the road when they arrived at the scene. He had cuts and possible injuries to his ribs.
Lower Valley Ambulance Service transported the man to a local hospital. Police continue to investigate what caused the accident.
