Oakmont Police Handle Burglary, Disorderly Conduct Incidents

Here are the Oakmont police reports for June 11 to 24.

The following incidents were reported to the Oakmont Police Department:

Burglary

A Fifth Street resident reported someone had burglarized her home between noon and 9 p.m. on June 28. Allegheny County police are investigating the matter.

Disorderly Conduct

David Louis Raskin, 21, of Oakmont, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, prohibited acts and public drunkenness after a June 11 incident at Walgreens.

Michael Lamorte, 58, of Penn Hills, as charged with disorderly conduct after a June 18 incident at the Oakmont Carnegie Library.

Joseph DeZort, 21, of Oakmont, was charged with disorderly conduct on June 16. He is accused of urinating on the Allegheny Avenue walkway.

Theft

Batteries were stolen from a flatbed at the Oakmont Truck Rental parking lot along Hulton Road on June 24.

Hit and Run

Hit and run accidents were reported on the following dates and locations:

  • June 13 on Allegheny River Boulevard
  • June 15 on the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue
  • June 16 on Allegheny River Boulevard and College Avenue
