Oakmont Police Reports: Dec. 22 to Jan. 3

DUI

Laura McFarland Jones, 23, of Blawnox, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and careless driving after a Jan. 3 incident on Second Street.

Public Drunkenness

Michael Howard Sipe, 29, of Oakmont, was charged with public drunkenness and two counts of simple assault after a Jan. 1 incident on Isabella Street.

Ryan Seybert, 21, of Leechburg, was charged with prohibited acts and public drunkenness after a Dec. 31 incident at Carnivores on Allegheny River Boulevard.

Burglary

An Eleventh Street resident reported a burglary on Dec. 26.

Criminal Mischief

A Sixth Street resident reported criminal mischief to his car on Jan. 3.

An Allegheny River Boulevard resident reported someone pulled down a flag pole in their yard on Jan. 1.

A Ninth Street resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle and home on Dec. 31.

A Fifth Street resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle on Dec. 29.

Theft

A Sixth Street resident reported a theft from his home on Jan. 3.
