John W. Hill, 41, of Plum, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, prohibitions in specific places, a traffic violation and two counts of driving with a suspended or revoked license after a Sept. 11 traffic stop.
Hit-and-Run
A hit-and-run accident was reported at the Ace Hardware parking lot on Allegheny River Boulevard on Sept. 9.
