Plum Man Pleads Guilty to Killing Girlfriend

Jordan Just faces up to five years in prison.

A Plum man pleaded guilty Wednesday to voluntary manslaughter after shooting and killing his girlfriend last October.

Allegheny County Police had charged Plum resident Jordan Just, 29, with criminal homicide after the incident.

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Just shot Nancy Schaab, 26, during an argument in which she went after him with a knife.

Before his guilty plea, Just faced a jury trial later this month, according to his criminal docket. Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Edward Borkowski now will sentence him at a later date. He will face at least five years in prison.

As of June 2, Just still was confined at the Allegheny County Jail, according to his criminal docket.
