Plum Men Accused of Throwing Uncle Through Bar Window

Here are the Plum police reports for Dec. 10 to Dec. 18.

Two Plum residents are accused of getting into a fight with their uncle at a local bar and throwing him through the window.

Plum police have charged Domenic Ricciuti Jr., 33, and Johnathan Michael Ricciuti, 28, with aggravated assault, criminal mischief and harassment.

On Dec. 7, police were called to the House of Big Dogs on Boyce Park Drive for a fight. According to police the men got into an argument with their uncle and it turned physical. Then, they pushed him through the front plate glass window of the bar.

These incidents also were reported to Plum police. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.

Criminal Mischief

A Beech Road resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle on Dec. 16. According to police, a neighbor's mailbox had been left on the vehicle's roof, scratching and scuffing the surface.

A Scott Road resident reported a broken passenger side car window on Dec. 9.

A Garlow Boulevard resident reported a broken drivers side car window on Dec. 8.

Burglary

A burglary was reported on Woodlawn Drive on Nov. 28. A black wallet with $251 and credit cards was reported stolen.

Theft

The vending machines at Car Wash Country on Route 286 were broken into on Dec. 3. Police report that a man wearing a gray hoodie, brown flannel shirt, jeans and white shoes was caught breaking into the machines via surveillance.

A Black Hills Road resident reported the theft of a garage door opener from her car on Dec. 6.

An Old Leechburg Road resident reported the theft of a canoe.

A Siple Street resident reported the theft of $100 worth of cut cord wood on Dec. 15.

Hit-and-run

A hit-and-run accident was reported at the Universal/Unity Center Road intersection on Dec. 4.
