Plum Police Reports: Drugs, DUI, Burglary

Here's a look at the police reports for the week of Jan. 15 to Jan. 22.

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from incident reports and call logs.

DUI

Donald Ray Cyphert, 32, of DuBois was charged with endangering the welfare of children and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a Jan. 1 incident on Coxcomb Hill Road.

Dave John Hill, 31, of Creighton was charged with careless driving, accidents involving damage to property, immediate notice of accident to police and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a Jan. 1 accident on Unity Center Road.

Jessica Marie Burns, 25, of Greensburg was charged with drivers required to be licensed, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, driving on road laned for traffic and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a Jan. 5 incident on Saltsburg Road.

Prohibited Acts

Brian Michael Heasley Jr., 23, of Plum was charged with defiant trespass and two counts of prohibited acts after a Jan. 10 incident on Holiday Park Drive.

Burglary

A burglary was reported at a house boat being stored at the Logans Ferry Boat Docks along Coxcomb Hill Road on Jan. 18. The door lock was damaged and a camera was stolen.

Criminal Mischief

A Key West Drive resident reported a broken car window on Jan. 6.

An Ozark Drive resident reported four punctured tires on one vehicle two on another on Jan. 11.
