Plum Police Reports: Harassment, Theft & More

Here are the Plum police reports for July 2 to July 9.

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.

Harassment

Michael John Kosar, 32, of Penn Hills was charged with harassment after being accused of calling/texting a local real estate agent from several phone numbers—including blocked ones. The communication was ongoing from Dec. 21, 2011, to May 6. Police obtained phone records and conducted an investigation.

Theft

A Longwood at Oakmont resident reported the theft of jewelry and two digital cameras from her apartment on July 6.

Hit-and-Run

A hit-and-run accident was reported at the intersection of New Texas Road and Old Leechburg Road on July 8.

A hit-and-run was reported at the Oakmont Country Club parking lot on July 8.

Suspended Registration

Amy Lauric, 41, of Penn Hills was charged with altered, forged or counterfeit plates; registration and certificate of title required; suspension of registration; driving with a suspended license; and driving without official certificates after a July 5 incident on Pierson Run Road.
