Plum Police Reports: Jan. 24 to Jan. 30

Incidents reported to Plum police.

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.

Burglary

A burglary occurred at the on Route 286 on Jan. 25. According to police, the store manager was counting money when a man robbed her with a gun. He is described as a white male, 18 to 22 years old, wearing a brown jacket. He had a silver and black handgun. Police continue to investigate the matter but say they have some leads.

DUI

Amanda Michele Troup, 34, of Monroeville, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and two traffic violations after a Jan. 29 traffic stop at the intersection of Millers Lane and Saltsburg Road.

Assault

Mark David Mariskanish, 29, of Plum, was charged with simple assault and harassment after a Jan. 23 incident on Unity Center Road.

Theft

An Ellwood Avenue resident reported a stolen gas cap on Jan. 27.
