Plum Police Reports: Jan. 4 to Jan. 9

Incidents reported to Plum police.

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.

Simple Assault

Michael James Nase, 23, of Plum, was charged with simple assault and harassment after a Jan. 6 incident at Sheetz on Route 286.

Robert Edward Morrow III, 20, of Plum, was charged with simple assault and harassment after a Jan. 6 incident at Sheetz on Route 286.

Theft

Justin Michael Quast, 30, of Penn Hills, was charged with theft after a Jan. 2 incident at the Shop 'N Save on Route 286.

A Logans Ferry Road resident reported the theft of an inflatable Christmas decoration on Dec. 21.

Prohibited Acts

Joshua Rudolph Myers, 31, of Plum, was charged with three counts of prohibited acts, after a Jan. 6 incident on New Texas Road.

Criminal Mischief

A Pembrook Court resident reported criminal mischief to a car on Jan. 5. Damage on the passenger's side of the car seems to be caused by a plastic chair. A tire also was punctured.

Fraud

A Shangri La Lane resident reported fraud after his debit card was used to buy a laptop from Walmart to be sent to Las Vegas, Nev., on Jan. 5.
