Plum Police Reports: July 26 to Aug. 1

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.

Criminal Conspiracy

Corey Lamount Lawson, 24, of Pittsburgh, was charged with theft from a vehicle, criminal attempt, two counts of loitering and prowling at night and two counts of criminal conspiracy after a July 26 incident on Oblock Road. Ryan Narvell Kelley, 32, of Pittsburgh, also was charged with two counts of criminal conspiracy in connection with the same incident.

DUI

Carl James Giannuzzi, 20, of Plum, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, prohibited acts and general lighting requirements after a May 6 traffic stop on Old Leechburg Road.

David Lee Whatley, 54, of Plum, was charged with operation of a vehicle without official certificates, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and two traffic violations after a single-vehicle crash on Oblock Road on June 30.

Chelsey Renee Sample, 22, of Sarver was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and two traffic violations after a May 28 traffic stop on Route 909.

Prohibited Acts

Stephen Robert Green, 28, of Oakmont, was charged with prohibited acts after a July 25 incident on Regency Drive.

False Identification

April Higgins Miller, 43, of Leechburg, was charged with false identification to law enforcement, suspended registration, drivers license required, driving with a suspended license and two traffic violations after a June 27 traffic stop on Kerr Road.

Harassment

Kristen Marie Cardiff, 32, of Plum; and Finishia E. Barnett, 56, of Plum, were charged with harassment after a July 26 incident on Roberts Road.

Danielle M. McCartan, 28, of McKeesport, was charged with harassment, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and criminal mischief after a July 18 incident on Plum Avenue.

Disorderly Conduct

Anthony Vito Geraci, 35, of Plum, was charged with disorderly conduct after a July 26 incident on Roberts Road.

Theft

A Saltsburg Road resident reported the theft of three solid copper welding leads from his truck on July 29. They are valued at $1,044.

Criminal mischief

A Holiday Park Drive resident reported criminal mischief on his vehicle on July 29.

A Roberts Road resident reported criminal mischief to his vehicle on July 27.

Possible Burglary

A Logans Ferry Road resident reported a possible burglary on July 29.

Access Device Fraud

A Tionesta Drive resident reported access device fraud on July 29.
