Plum Police Reports: Marijuana, Assault, Theft & More

Here are the police reports for April 2 to April 9.

The following incidents were reported to the . Information was obtained from police reports and call logs.

Prohibited Acts

Michael James Fontenot, 26, of Plum, was charged with two counts of conspiracy—manufacture, deliver or possession with intent; and three counts of prohibited acts after an April 7 incident on Roberts Road. Police seized several marijuana plants and guns from his residence. Fontenot also is accused of being involved in a hit-and-run on Pierson Run Road on April 7, in which he threw a milkshake at a vehicle and then backed into it.

William Robert Fundy, 21, of New Kensington, was charged with prohibited acts after an April 6 incident at the Sheetz on Hulton Road.

Assault

A Columbia Road resident reported she was walking on a pathway the connects Columbia to Logans Ferry Road on April 1 when she stopped to talk to some people. According to police, the woman reported being hit with a paintball gun three times—once in the face and twice on her right leg—when she walked away.

Theft

A Bar Harbor Drive resident reported a stolen dirtbike on April 8. The resident also said a political sign in his yard had been destroyed.

Hit-and-Run

A hit-and-run was reported on Alcan Drive on April 4.

A hit-and-run was reported on Regency Drive on April 5.
