Plum Police Reports: Several Thefts, Stolen Car, Fraud, DUI

Here's a look at the Plum police reports for March 5 to March 12.

The following incidents were reported to the Plum Police Department. Information was obtained from call logs and police reports.

Theft

Eric Matthew Sundberg, 28, of New Kensington was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, carrying a firearm without a license and person not to possess a firearm; and Mark Andrew Uhler, 42, of Arnold was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy after a Feb. 26 incident on Leechburg Road. Police accuse them of stealing a quad from a residence.

A black metal car frame was reported stolen from Plum Automotive along Unity-Center Road on March 4.

An iPhone was reported stolen at Plum High School on March 4.

A bicycle was reported stolen from the Holiday Park Shop'n Save along Route 286 on March 4. The bike is a green BMX with purple pedals and a white seat.

DUI

Taylor Skye Murray, 18, of Plum was charged with underage drinking, windshield obstruction, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and two counts of prohibited acts after a March 2 traffic stop on Sandune Drive.

Stolen Car

An Oblock Road resident reported someone stole a 1998 Chevy Silverado truck from his garage on Leechburg Road sometime in August/September 2012. The truck is maroon, has aluminum wheels, no glass on the drivers' side and is scratched up.

Fraud

A Drennan Road resident reported someone made $551.68 worth of unauthorized purchases from iTunes on her debit card on March 4.

A Valley Fields Drive reported an unauthorized person bought a $349 Air Arabia plane ticket on her debit card on Feb. 14.

Vandalism

Two no-turning signs were spray painted on Center Road on March 8.

Hit and Run

A car reportedly was damaged by a snow plow on Vale Drive on March 6.
