Plum Police Urge Residents to Lock their Cars

Several thefts from motor vehicles were reported last week.

Many thefts from motor vehicles were reported in Plum on Sept. 28. Plum police are asking resident to make sure their car doors are locked at all times.

Three Pin Oak Court residents reported thefts from their vehicles. Small amounts of cash were stolen in each incident.

A Tartan Court resident reported the theft of $600 in cash and two sets of golf clubs from a motor vehicle.

Two Locharron Court residents also reported thefts. A wallet was stolen from one vehicle and a small amount of cash from another.

This is the second time in a month that police are faced with a . On Aug. 31, ten vehicles were broken into in the Boyce Park Village housing plan off of Boyce Park Drive, the Garlow plan off of Unity Trestle Road and the Kellywood plan off of Repp Road.
