Former director of children's services Terry Lynn Bachner, 43, of Murrysville pleaded no contest to failure to report abuse. She faces no further penalty. Other charges of failure to report abuse and endangering the welfare of children were withdrawn.

Plum police filed the charges against the women in May 2012, after reports surfaced that Andrews would abuse children at the childcare facility, which closed in April. Russo and Bachner were accused of failing to notify authorities when multiple employees reported the abuse.
