District Court: Assault & DUI Cases

Here are the June 6 district court rulings for Plum-Oakmont.

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following cases on June 6:

Matthew Allen Holmes, 29, of Plum, was held for court on charges of simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment. Plum police filed the charges after a Jan. 31 incident.

Santina Marie Nash, 21, of Plum, waived a preliminary hearing on a traffic violation and a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Plum police filed at the charges after a March 23 incident.
