Public Hearings for Two 'Unsafe' Plum Structures Scheduled

Plum Council will hold public hearings on Monday.

Two public hearings have been scheduled for Plum structures that have been deemed unsafe.

A public hearing for the old Cityview Tavern, 2000 Logans Ferry Road, has been scheduled for Monday, March 4 at 6 p.m.

Another for a residence at 9049 Oak St. in the Renton neighborhood has been scheduled the same night for 6:15 p.m.

Both hearings will be held in council chambers before the workshop council meeting, which begins at 7 p.m.

Council members are expected to officially declare the structures unsafe, after which building owners would be notified to demolish the structures within 10 days.
