A Virtual Tour of Kentuck Knob, Frank Lloyd Wright's Last Masterpiece

Stop by the library for a virtual tour of one of the last houses designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, at age 86. The Kentuck Knob is located in the Laurel Highlands, 7 miles from Fallingwater. Designed on a hexagonal module, Kentuck Knob is a small one story Usonian house. The house is both dramatic and serene and situated just below the crest of the hills. It appears almost part of the mountain itself and stands 2500 feet above sea level. It was comissioned by the Hagan family, who lived in it for 30 years, when it was sold to Lord Palumbo from England. Patricia Coyle will present a slide talk and virtual visit to this wonderful house.
