"Savvy Social Security Planning: What Baby Boomers Need to Know to Maiximize Retirement Income" by S&T Wealth Management will be held at the Oakmont Library on April 17 at 6:30 p.m.

Baby boomers are realizing that it will soon be their turn to collect Social Security. You may be wondering when to apply for benefits, how to maximize them, and whether they will provide sufficient income. The decisions you make now can have a tremendous impact on the total amount of benefits you stand to receive over your lifetime. At this workshop you will learn: 5 factors to consider when deciding when to apply for benefits, why you should check your earnings record, and how to estimate your benefits, coordinate them with your spouse, and minimize taxes.
