Plum Students to Compete in National Science Bowl

The competition will be on Saturday at CCAC South Campus in West Mifflin.

Plum High School students will be participating in an upcoming regional competition of the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science’s National Science Bowl.

The competition will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, at CCAC South Campus in West Mifflin.

Now in its 23rd year, the competition—by the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science—was established to encourage students in the challenging but essential subjects of science and mathematics; to excel and ultimately pursue careers in those fields.
