Riverview Homecoming Festivities Kick Off Friday
Here's a look at who is up for king/queen, and how you can celebrate.
It's homecoming weekend in the Twin Boros!
Riverview High School kicks off homecoming with a parade on Friday, Oct. 5. The parade will step off in Verona near the Verona Borough Building at 5:15 p.m. It will proceed on to Allegheny River Boulvard, through Oakmont and arrive at Riverside Park by 6:15.
Motorists should be aware that there will be road closures and traffic delays due to the parade.

The homecoming football game against Shenango begins at 7:30 p.m. Friday. The queen and king will be crowned during the halftime show.
The homecoming dance will take place on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 7 to 10 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. This year's theme for homecoming is "Candy Land."
