Riverview High School's commencement ceremony was held Thursday at Riverside Park.
Family and friends gathered to celebrate with the students.
John Connolly was named the valedictorian and Mary Kate Patterson was named the salutatorian of the Class of 2012.

This also was Superintendent Dr. Charles P. Erdeljac's last graduation in his role. He will retire at the end of the year.
