2011 Fall Sports Physical

The 2011 Fall School Sports Physicals will be held at the high school.  Packets are available in the nurse's office or in the front office. The schedule for the day is:

• 3 p.m.: Girls Soccer (grades 7-12)
• 3:30 p.m.: Girls Tennis (grades 9-12)
• 3:45 p.m.: Cheerleading (grades 7 -12)
• 4:15 p.m.: Volleyball (grades 9-12)
• 4:45 p.m.: Jr. High Basketball (grades 7 & 8)
• 5:15 p.m.: All Make-ups

Be sure to arrive at the scheduled appointment time for your sport. Please bring completed sports packets with you when you arrive for your physical.
