Injury Prevention Circuit and Speed Work

What is the Injury Prevention Circuit and Speed Work Class? Instructed by Director of Rowing Kristina Landefeld-Maurer, this class if for adult and youth rowers who are looking for speed gains and tools for injury prevention. Growing bodies and adults who spend their workdays hovered over a computer are at particular risk. We will focus on the areas of our body that experience weakness and balancing the repetitive, linear motion of rowing. We will mix high intensity erging in as well to work on speed. Promptness is very important because of the limited time we have. Please arrive by 6:10 and be ready to start at 6:15PM.
