Three-Day Plum Community Festival Begins Thursday

The Plum Borough Community Day will be held Thursday through Saturday, and Plum-Oakmont Patch will be there!

This year's Plum Rotary Community Festival is going to be a three-day event.

The 2012 community day festivities will begin Thursday night and continue through Saturday at . Each day, there will be food, slides for children, a moonwalk and activities run by the Plum Soccer Association; and games for people of all ages.

The Plum Baseball & Softball Association is running bingo games on Friday and Saturday nights from 6 to 8:30. The fire departments and Plum Emergency Medical Services also will be on hand.

The festival times are from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday and Friday nights, and 2 p.m. until after the fireworks display Saturday.
